Let the anticipation and excitement take over as you set to ride high up in the sky with The Dubai Balloon. Located at Atlantis Aquaventure – the world’s largest waterpark and most iconic entertainment destination – this is an experience you will remember forever.
Upon your arrival, you will attend a quick but thorough safety briefing with your pilot before boarding the flight, and then take to the skies.

As you experience the rush and adrenaline of the balloon ascending, be awed by the views surrounding you that get better and better the higher you go. You can move around the gondola and snap pictures from every angle, all of which are beautiful and unique. Admire the mesmerising sunrise or sunset behind the stunning Dubai skyline.

At 300 metres high (the equivalent of a 100-storey building) marvel at the shape of Palm Jumeirah and bask in the incredible skyline with an experience that provides more than a regular observation deck. You will be able to see record-breaking landmarks such as Atlantis the Royal, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, Ain Dubai and so many more.

Opening hours: Sunrise to 11am & 6pm – 10pm

Address: Ticketing Office at The Avenues, Atlantis. United Arab Emirates.
When your booking is confirmed, you will receive your ticket via e-mail. To redeem, visit the ticketing office at the Avenues at Atlantis to receive your wristband which you can use to enter the attraction.
Individuals under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
Proof of age is required at the entrance when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant.
Tickets are valid for six months from the original travel date selected.
Should you not be able to use the ticket at all, for whatever reason, the ticket will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will give you the option to rebook for any other day within the following six months. This includes flight cancellations due to weather conditions or other causes outside of our control.
The Dubai Balloon At Atlantis is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola. The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight and this function will be checked and verified by the Ground crew before boarding. Please note that we have wheelchairs and strollers complying with the above requirements available on site for our guests' use, if needed.
