The timeslot you choose when booking is for the Heineken Experience. Changing your timeslot is not possible. There is no timeslot for the canal cruise. You may board from any of the two docks.
Please note that your voucher needs to be scanned at Heineken Experience. You can redeem your canal cruise inside one of the ticket offices of Gray Line Amsterdam / Blue Boat Company where a timeslot will be assigned.
