Universal Studios Hollywood: 10:15am, 11:15am, 12:15pm, 1:45pm, 2:45pm. 3:45pm & 4:45pm

Hilton Universal Hotel (555 Universal Hollywood Drive): 9:15am, 10:20am, 11:20am, 12:20pm, 1:50pm, 2:50pm, 3:50pm & 4:50pm

Sheraton Universal Hotel (333 Universal Hollywood Drive): 9:20am, 10:25am, 11:25am, 12:25pm, 1:55pm, 2:55pm, 3:55pm & 4:55pm
Guests must visit the Starline Tours’ office to pick up the Universal Studios ticket and Celebrity Homes Tour ticket. This is located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd, suite #203, Hollywood, CA 90028.
Infants (2 years old and under) travel free however they must sit on the parent/guardian’s lap.
Luggage is not allowed on board the vehicles.
If purchased, your hop-on hop-off bus ticket is valid for one day.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled tour. After this time, no refunds will be granted.
Guests may reschedule up to 48 hours before scheduled tour for no additional fee. After this time, there may be a fee of $20 per person. If the tour has been rescheduled, the new date cannot be cancelled.
